We all carry a deep and divine longing to be nurtured...

And after years of searching, resisting, craving, and rejecting that nurturance—you’re finally ready to receive it. I’m here to walk beside you as you do.

I’m Jada—a feminine spiritual healing facilitator, mom of two, and founder of Selah Space, a holistic wellness co-op. I support millennial women, firstborn daughters, and strong, independent souls who are finally ready to soften, surrender, and heal.

Need to Be Nurtured is a sacred four-month journey of guided healing and soul-deep education. It’s designed to help you mend your mother wounds, reclaim your wholeness, and feel safe to mother and be mothered—from a place of truth and tenderness, rather than from your wounded daughterhood.

Keep reading to discover how this program can change everything.

You were made to be nurtured.

But for many of us, that need is buried beneath generations of unspoken pain—what we now know as Mother Wounds. This is the sacred space where those wounds can begin to heal.

What is a Mother Wound?
A mother wound is a set of internalized beliefs and behaviors shaped by our early experiences with our mothers. These patterns can quietly disrupt how we see ourselves, our relationships, and what we believe we're worthy of. — Bethany Webster, Discovering the Inner Mother

How Mother Wounds Might Be Showing Up in Your Life:
  • Feeling “not enough” no matter how much you do
  •  Comparing yourself to other women and feeling like you’re falling short
  •  Struggling with burnout, overworking, or people-pleasing
  •  Feeling stuck, disconnected, or ashamed of your needs
  •  Having a hard time setting or holding boundaries
  •  Fear of being alone or being “too much” for others
  •  Physical symptoms: jaw tension, hip pain, autoimmune issues, gut problems

If you see yourself in this list, you are not broken. You are ready. Ready to release what was never yours to carry.

You can have had a “good” mom…

And still carry mother wounds.

That’s because we all need three essential things from our mothers:

Nurturance

Guidance

Protection

And we each need those in a way that’s specific to who we are.

Even if your mother gave you everything she could, wounds can still form—sometimes from unmet personal needs, sometimes passed down through generations (generational mother wounds), or shaped by the unrealistic pressures placed on women and mothers (cultural mother wounds).

This isn’t about blaming your mom. It’s about freeing yourself from what’s been unknowingly holding you back—so you can become the woman, mother, and daughter you’re meant to be.

What’s Included in Need to Be Nurtured:

Weekly Live Healing Calls

Every Thursday at 12 pm CST (Beginning May 22nd), we’ll gather for a soul-deep session to explore and gently heal the wounds that shape our spirits. Can’t make it live? The replays are always yours.

  Weekly Healing Prompts

Think of these as short love notes to yourself. Each week, you’ll receive simple but powerful journal prompts designed to keep your healing alive between calls. (And if journaling feels hard—that’s something we’ll tend to together.)

Four 1:1 Healing Sessions
After enrolling, you’ll schedule four private sessions with me. This is where the deepest work happens—using Reiki, Spiritual Direction, Meditation, Cord Cutting, and Brainspotting, we’ll gently release the mother wounds that are ready to be witnessed and transformed.

Healing Through Wisdom

Each week, we will gather to learn and share about the topics that will support your self-understanding and take you toward healing so much more quickly than you would with traditional therapy or spiritual direction.

By carving out dedicated time and space for the learning element of healing and growth, we simply the process of healing. Think of this as the logical side of healing. (Your homework and monthly 1:1 sessions are the emotional side of healing).

Week 1: We will experience practical ways to open up to being nurtured.
Week 2: We will learn how to and practice articulating our needs and desires.

FAQS

Do I have to be able to make it to the calls, live?

While I definitely hope you can, I will send the recording out by the end of the day Monday, along with your weekly journal prompt.

It's important that you don't stack them up to watch all at once before your monthly 1:1, but you can certainly make time to watch the replay later in the week.

What is the total cost and what do I get?

The cost of the program is $2000 in total, or $500 per month. Unless you don't register until the last day, which is March 1st, you'll make your final payment in May.

Each month includes 4 live, 1 hour calls which are designed to educate and bring wisdom and understanding to what you're experiencing.

There are also weekly journal prompts that won't take up too much time or energy, but will allow you to bring that understanding into your specific experience of your mother wounds and prepare you for your healing session.

Our 1 hour, 1:1 healing session is carefully curated to heal a specific aspect of your mother wound so you see miraculous healing each month.

I have a great relationship with my mom. Is this still for me?

Of course! This healing isn't just about your relationship with your mom in its current state! It's about connecting with the inner child who is hurting and helping her to see she is safe and loved, so that your relationship with your mom and yourself, and even your children, can be strong and safe as well.

This also applies if you have a terrible relationship with your mom, or you have no relationship with your mom. If that's something you'd love to see changed, it's a beautiful miracle to be working toward in this program!

I've been in Soul Illume and worked with you before. Is this right for me?

If it calls to you, it's right for you, Pretty Girl. While their may be some overlap in what you've learned from me in the past, this will be a much different approach to the healing journey than you are used to.

It's also good for us to learn things again and deeper, with other people. So I truly believe this will provide you with powerful healing and growth, whether you've worked with me before or not.

Can I cancel any time?

Absolutely not, Pretty Girl,  we are committed to your healing and we are committed to your miracle.

Refunds and premature cancelling is not an option. You can do this. I can tell.

What kind of Healing sessions are the 1:1s?

Because the program is completely online, I have designed for you Four healing sessions that will work beautifully through Zoom. Two of them are brainspotting sessions (unless you are currently doing brainspotting or EMDR with a therapist. I don't like to interfere with their great work so I have an alternate option for you in that case). The other two healing sessions combine guided meditation and energy healing.

The energy healing I do is faith based and is utilized to help release stuck and stagnant energy that is keeping you in habitual response patterns that don't serve you any more. My clients report experiencing a lightness, peace, and relaxation, as well as a release of heavy emotions.
